General Purchase Conditions | THE EXTREME COLLECTION

These General Contracting Conditions govern the purchase of products through the web site www.theextremecollection.com which is owned by THE EXTREME COLLECTION S. L. , hereinafter TEC. By means of the acceptance of the present General Conditions of purchase, the User manifests:

      • That he has read, understood and comprehended the above.
      • That he is a person with enough capacity to hire.
      • That he assumes all the obligations here arranged.
      • That he has the legal age of majority (18 years) to access this Website as well as to acquire the products that are offered in it.
      • If you don´t agree to these terms, we recommend that you don´t use this website

If you don´t provide us with all the information we need, we may not be able to process your order.

1. Description of the purchase procedure:

The procedure for contracting the products offered through the website is as follows:

              1. Select the product: The Customer who wishes to purchase a product offered through the Website must choose a family (jackets, shirts, t-shirts, etc. ), see the product, can enlarge the photograph, see the detail and the back of the product, composition, sizes available, reference and price. If the product is on a waiting list, one of our agents will contact you to inform you of dates and availability. When selecting the garment, color and size you must mark the button “Add to cart”. The Customer may continue to select other products through the Website. These products will be included in the “Shopping cart. The Customer will be able to continue with the purchase process until he has selected all the products he wishes to order through the Website.
              2. My cart/Products: Once all the products have been selected, the Customer can click on the button “My cart” and you will be shown a summary of the order. This summary will detail the name of the selected products, with their corresponding image, as well as the unit price, the quantity, the subtotal of the purchase and the total of the purchase including taxes. In case the client wants to continue buying, he must mark on the tabs of the products of his interest, following the same process previously detailed. Otherwise, he will have to mark the button “Order processing”
              3. Place an order: The Customer must then verify and complete the billing information related to the order (First and Last Name, Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country, Telephone, etc. ). Customers who have already registered their shipping data earlier will not have to fill in this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment data must include the shipping data of the order, as well as billing data of it. Once you have filled in this information, you can press the button “Confirm”.
              4. Shipping method: In this screen you report the costs of the shipping costs.
              5. Payment Information: Then the Customer by clicking continue will be referred to the payment gateway.               6. Revision of the order : Before passing the next step the Customer can, before validating, see a summary of the order. Before proceeding with the payment all the data of the order are exposed so that the Client can verify them or, if it is necessary, to modify them returning to the previous step.
              7. Order Confirmation: Once the order has been placed, the Customer is shown the confirmation of receipt of the order. The order will be placed once TEC receives confirmation of payment of the order in the form chosen by the Customer.
              8. At the end of the purchase process, the Customer will receive an email with the information related to the order (order number, products purchased, delivery times and information on shipping costs).
              9. The customer will receive the purchased products at the established address, according to the delivery times established in this Website.

              • TEC is responsible for making the necessary arrangements with the transport company to guarantee delivery of the order within a maximum of 15 working days in the case of shipments to France, UK, Germany and Italy and 40 working days in the case of Europe and International, otherwise the shipment will be cancelled and the amount of the order and the shipment will be returned to the customer.
              • If after this period and once returned the amount to the customer arrives the shipment, the customer can choose to return the shipment without any cost or cash the payment of the order.
              • Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, which may be different from that of his habitual residence, and may be sent to his place of work or even to a third party to whom he wishes to make a gift.
              • In any of the cases, the identification of the buyer or the person to whom the product is addressed will be required, by means of an official document that identifies him and a signature on the delivery note.
              • The amounts indicated include VAT and are subject to change depending on the taxation applicable to the chosen billing country.

* In periods of SALES, OUTLET or special promotions we do not offer free shipping.

    3. Price of the products offered.

    The price of the products offered on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and, in any case, shall be expressed in Euro currency (€).

    In case of a technical and/or a typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the product data contained on the website when the order was placed, the company has the right to refuse the order and cancel it without any right of complaint on the part of the customer.

    4. Returns

    You have the right to return an order within 14 days, without having to justify it.

    The return period begins the day you receive the last item(s) in your order.

    Returns will only be accepted in the same condition in which it was delivered: with its labels and unused. In addition, they will have to be returned in the same package in which it was delivered. No return will be accepted that comes in any other type of packaging other than the official shipping box.

    For the return, you only have to choose one of the following return options:

    FRANCE, UK, GERMAN AND ITALY RETURNS

    • Access your account and display the order you want to return by following the instructions

    • Place the garment (or garments) you wish to change, including the invoice, in the package where you received the order.

    • The return/exchange courier costs will be borne by the customer, must be sent by registered mail. In this way the package will have a tracking number and the customer will have proof of shipment

    • When the package arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made as soon as it has been verified that the garments are in perfect condition, not damaged or dirty (maximum term 30 days).

    RETURNS EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL

    You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and with tags.

    Included in the package is a copy of the purchase receipt to help us process the refund.

    The refund will be made as soon as the package is received in our warehouse and has been verified that it is in perfect condition not damaged or dirty (maximum term 30 days). No refunds will be given for the original shipment.

    Courier costs for the return/exchange will be borne by the customer.

    5. Changes

    In addition to the legal rights you have, we offer our customers a policy of exchange of delivered items (except Personalized Items), within 14 days after the date of delivery according to the following conditions:

    • Send us an email to client@theextremecollection.com with your personal data and the reason for the change or call us at +34 91 532 37 50 / +34 639 485 533 so that one of our Personal Shopper can advise you with the garment(s) to change.
    • Place the garment (or garments) you wish to change, including the invoice, in the package where you received the order.
    • The return/exchange courier costs will be borne by the customer, must be sent by registered mail. In this way the package will have a tracking number and the customer will have proof of shipment.
    • When the package arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a new package with the change of garment.

    * We only offer free exchanges through our service. Other shipping methods are at the customer's expense.

    * In periods of SALES, OUTLET or special promotions we do not offer free changes.

      EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL CHANGES

      • Send us an email to client@theextremecollection. com with your personal data and the reason for the change or call us at +34 91 532 37 50 / +34 639  485 533 so that one of our Personal Shopper can advise you with the garment(s) to change.
      • Included in the package is a copy of the purchase receipt to help us process the change.
      • As soon as we receive the garment for exchange we will proceed to send you the new garment.

      Messaging costs for the change will be borne by the customer

          6. Availability of products :

          Product Availability all orders are subject to product availability. If, at the time the order is placed, we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in the order, TEC will try to locate the garment. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item collected and not shipped will be paid in the following days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.

          7. Right not to accept an order

          TEC may cancel any order or refuse to accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

                                                            • In the event of a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other product data contained on the website when the order was placed.
                                                            • For lack of availability as described in point 5
                                                            • When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
                                                            • There are reasons that indicate that the user is a minor.
                                                            • TEC was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.

          TEC will reimburse in full the amounts that have been paid.

          8. Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses

          If any clause included in these General Contracting Conditions were to be declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect said provision or the part of the same that is null and void or ineffective, the present General Contracting Conditions subsisting in everything else, such provision being considered totally or partially null and void or ineffective.

          9.Cancellations

          To cancel the order before delivery of the Items, you must send us a written notification by email to clientas@theextremecollection. com, with information about the Items ordered and (where applicable) their delivery.

          Warranty of purchased products:
          The contractual guarantee offered is the one established in the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, of 16th november, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. MPTEC LONDON, S. L. shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed MPTEC LONDON, S. L. of such lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In this sense, by taking into account that the website sells products that have a period of life shorter than that granted by law for the exercise of legal guarantees, these deadlines will be applied taking into account the nature of the good marketed.
