RETURNS

To make a return you have up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Make sure the item is in its original condition, with its packaging, labels, safety clip and corresponding accessories.

If you do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Refunds for online purchases will be paid using the same payment method you used to place the order and within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the items.

RETURN IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
You can return your order free of charge at our stores in Madrid:

You will only have to present the items you wish to return along with the purchase invoice.

You can carry it on your mobile phone or print it out. You will find it by accessing the My Account section.

My store colleagues will be happy to help you manage the process and we will contact you to process the refund.

Please note that if you are unable to make it to the store, someone you choose can do so on your behalf.

RETURN WITH HOME COLLECTION
The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping costs if they do so through our collection service, which will be 8 euros and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You can request a refund from the My Returns section.

Follow the platform's guidelines and a carrier will pick up your package at the address you choose.

RETURN AT THE DELIVERY POINT
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping costs , which will be 2.5 euros for this option and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Follow the platform's guidelines and take the package in person to your nearest post office.

For returns to the Canary Islands, the customer is responsible for the procedures and costs of the return.

THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL provides this form to customers who, having purchased a product on this website, wish to withdraw from the sales contract.
