The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Art. 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy. The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of his order. For this reason, THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL, recommends reading the entire legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order. This contract is entered into within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:

1. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification. All orders are subject to product availability. If at the time of issuing the order we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL will attempt to locate the item. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the charged and unshipped item will be paid to the customer in the following days, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

2. PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED.
The prices in force on the website at the time of placing the order will apply. The price of the products is detailed next to each one. VAT is included, which will be broken down later in the purchasing process.

4. STEPS TO FOLLOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
THE PROCEDURE FOR CONTRACTING THE PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AS FOLLOWS:
    1. Select the product: The Customer who wishes to purchase a product offered through the Website must choose a family (jackets, shirts, t-shirts, etc.), view the product, enlarge the photo, see the detail and the back of the product, composition, available sizes, reference and price. If the product is on the waiting list, one of our agents will contact you to inform you of dates and availability. When selecting the item, colour and size, you must click the “Add to basket” button. The Customer may continue selecting other products that he or she wishes to order through the Website. These products will be added to the “Shopping Basket”. The Customer may continue with the purchasing process until he or she has selected all the products that he or she wishes to order through the Website.
    2. My basket/Products: Once all the products have been selected, the Customer can click on the “My basket” button and a summary of the order will be shown. This summary will detail the name of the selected products, with their corresponding image, as well as the unit price, the quantity, the subtotal of the purchase and the total of the purchase including taxes. If the Customer wishes to continue shopping, they must click on the tabs of the products of interest, following the same process detailed above. Otherwise, they must click on the “Process order” button.
    3. Place order: The Customer must then verify and fill in the billing information related to the order (First and last name, address, city, state/province, postal code, country, telephone number, etc.). Customers who have already registered their shipping information at a previous time do not need to fill in this information again. Otherwise, before confirming the payment information, they must include the shipping information for the order, as well as the billing information for the same. Once this information has been filled in, they can click the “Confirm” button.
    4. Shipping method: This screen provides information on the shipping costs. 

      Custom duties are not included in the price and will be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.

    5. Payment information : After clicking on continue, the Client will be redirected to the payment gateway. To do so, the Website offers the Client the option of choosing a payment method by credit card, VISA, MasterCard, as well as 4B or 4B Maestro debit card (which implies an automatic charge), or PayPal System. You must notify TEC of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that TEC can take the appropriate action. Additionally, providers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures, which involve the rejection of certain types of operations. TEC is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.
    6. Order review : Before proceeding to the next step, the Customer can view a summary of the order before validating. Before proceeding with payment, all the order details are displayed so that the Customer can check them or, if necessary, modify them by returning to the previous step.
    7. Right to Cancel Orders In the event that a pricing error is detected or it is confirmed that a product has zero availability, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed by the customer. If this occurs:

      • The customer will be informed about the cancellation of the order as soon as possible.

      • A full refund of the amount paid by the customer will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

    8. Limitation of Liability By accepting our purchase terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the company will not assume responsibility for cancellations resulting from errors in published prices or incorrect availability. This term is necessary to protect the operational and commercial viability of our business.

    9. Order Confirmation: Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer is shown confirmation of receipt of the order. The order will be processed once TEC receives confirmation of payment for the order according to the method chosen by the Customer.
    10. Once the purchase process is complete, the Customer will receive an email with information related to the order (order number, products purchased, delivery times and information on shipping costs).
    11. The customer will receive the purchased products at the established address, according to the delivery times established on this Website.
    5. ORDER TRACKING.
    Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.
    6. CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
    Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case of receipt on holidays or weekends, in which case the confirmation will be sent on the business day following receipt.
    7. PAYMENT METHODS.
    THE EXTREME COLLECTION, SL has several ways of accepting payment for orders. Each one has very high security standards to ensure payment with complete confidence. Payment for the price of the products will be made using one of the methods indicated below:
    • Payment by credit card. Visa or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
    • Payment by Paypal. The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of the privacy conditions of Paypal, which are separate from those of this website.

            8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate justification, except for legal exceptions.
