Is shipping free?

Shipping is free to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

In the Canary Islands, shipping costs are €27, but don't worry because you won't be charged VAT according to current regulations.

What shipping methods do you have?

HOME DELIVERY

If you choose this option, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days.

We will send you a confirmation email when it leaves our warehouse and another with the tracking number and the shipping company.

You will receive a call in the following days to check that everything has arrived correctly and confirm that you are happy with the purchase.

PICK UP AT OUR STORE

You will have to go to our flagship store (C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Madrid)

Just present the purchase order or invoice, which you can carry on your mobile phone or print out.

You will find it by accessing the My Account section

My shop colleagues will be happy to help you.

To make a return you have up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Make sure the item is in its original condition, with its packaging, labels, safety clip and corresponding accessories.

If you do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Refunds for online purchases will be paid using the same payment method you used to place the order and within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the items.

RETURN IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
You can return your order free of charge at our stores in Madrid:

• Monday to Saturday from 10.30am to 9.00pm
• Sundays from 12.00h to 20.00h

• Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Sundays from 12.00h to 20.00h

You will only have to present the items you wish to return along with the purchase invoice.

You can carry it on your mobile phone or print it out. You will find it by accessing the My Account section.

My store colleagues will be happy to help you manage the process and we will contact you to process the refund.

Please note that if you are unable to make it to the store, someone you choose can do so on your behalf.

RETURN WITH HOME COLLECTION
The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping costs if they do so through our collection service, which will be 8 euros and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You can request a refund from the My Returns section.

Follow the platform's guidelines and a carrier will pick up your package at the address you choose.

RETURN AT THE DELIVERY POINT
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping costs , which will be 2.5 euros for this option and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Follow the platform's guidelines and take the package in person to your nearest post office.

For returns to the Canary Islands, the customer is responsible for the procedures and costs of the return.
