Exchanges Policy

At THE EXTREME COLLECTION, we want you to be perfectly happy with your fit and style. You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1. General Conditions

• Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• Packaging: Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags, security seal intact, and all accompanying accessories.

• Non-compliance: Exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges within the European Union (EU)

• Complimentary First Exchange: We offer one free exchange (size or style) for all orders within the EU.

• Subsequent Exchanges: Starting from the second exchange, any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• How to Exchange: Visit our Exchanges Portal.

  • Size Change: Select your new size, and we will reserve the item for you.

  • Style Change: Select the "Change for another product" option to reserve your new model.

• The Process:

  1. Request the exchange via the portal (choose between courier home pickup or post office drop-off).

  2. Once we receive your returned item, we will automatically generate and ship your new order.

3. Exchanges from Outside the EU

• Customers outside the European Union may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Responsibility: All shipping costs associated with exchanges outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our support team to initiate this process.

4. Withdrawal Form

If you prefer to cancel your purchase rather than exchange it, you may use the form below. Please complete and send it to [email protected] or by mail to our registered address.
