What shipping methods do you offer?

HOME DELIVERY If you choose this option, your order will arrive within 4–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse, followed by a second email containing your tracking number and carrier details. In the days following delivery, a member of our team will call you to ensure your order arrived safely and to confirm that you are delighted with your purchase.

IN-STORE PICKUP You are welcome to collect your order at our flagship boutique: C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Madrid. Simply present your order or invoice (digital or printed), which can be found in your "My Account" section. Our team will be delighted to assist you in person.

Returns  Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1. General Conditions

• Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• Packaging: Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags, security seal intact, and all accompanying accessories.

• Non-compliance: Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Returns within the European Union (EU)

For customers in the EU, we offer three convenient return methods:

• In-Store Returns (Free): You may return your order free of charge at our Madrid boutiques:

  • C/ Claudio Coello 53-55, Local 1: Mon-Sat 10:30–20:30 | Sun 12:00–20:00

  • C/ Augusto Figueroa 27: Mon-Sat 11:00–20:30 | Sun 12:00–20:00

  • Note: Please present your receipt (digital or printed) via your "My Account" section.

• Home Collection: You may request a courier pickup via our Returns Portal. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Drop-off Point: Use our Returns Portal to generate a label and drop your package at your nearest post office. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Note for Canary Islands: Customers are responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs.

3. Returns from Outside the EU

Customers located outside of the European Union may return items via:

• In-Store Returns (Free): You may return items in person at our Madrid boutiques (details listed above).

• Self-Managed Return: If you cannot visit our stores, you may ship the return at your own expense to the following address: MPTEC LONDON SL CALLE ALONSO PITA, 2 45100 SONSECA, SPAIN Ensure the shipment is sent with tracking and proper packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

4. Withdrawal Form
